Can I blow up the BoS : Fallout: New Vegas

Okay so I finished Veronica's personal quest, and I am rather pissed off at the BoS.
I want to go in there, and... kill everyone.
Will Veronica feel the same way, or will she pissed at me like Boone did back when I decided I don't care for the NCR anymore?
