When I recently installed FO:NV I noticed upon doing the intro that I could only hear talking in either one side or the other, never both. My drivers were recently updated so I don't believe that's the issue. I will continue my search of these forums, but thought it best to make this thread incase my search turns up empty handed. Hard to enjoy a game like this when the sound can tell you so much about an area.
