i have kill Mr.House in twice in seperate profiles and when i kill him a quest pops up but right after it appears it says quest failed i don't remember whats the name of the quest but has anyone else encountered this quest after killing Mr.house or how to complete this quest i have went to wiki but am not sure if i the quest is not there or i just didn't see it.

It's The House Always Wins. It's the quest for if you lead House to rulership of Vegas. Obviously, killing him prevents such a thing.

I know! The same thing happened to me.
When I went and checked my quest notes it said something about 'Hooking Mr House back into that tube thing he was in before'. But I also got the failed thing, and that was aside from 'The House always Wins', which I failed too.
