If your talking about the one from the cover I got it. I pissed off NCR and then a patrol showed and said I had 3 days to fix it or they would attack me. One of the patrol members was wearing it and the helmet so I wacked him.

I've done ALOT of things for the NCR, and I still haven't recieved a set. I'm pretty dissapointed... I was under the impression that you would be able to recieve it, and I'm starting to think the only way to get it is to loot it. Whatever... PA is better. :D

I used console command, wiki has item code.

More fun that way, get to be a ranger from the start.
