:brokencomputer: I've played Roulette with this character over 10 times (it registers at over 50 in the data section) and my achievement "Little Wheel" still isn't triggering. My internet is working and I'm connected to Steam, so what's the problem? How come I'm not getting this achievement? I've played 10 games in a row at the roulette table and it still won't give me the achievement.

If you're playing on the PC and you use any console commands, achievement tracking is disabled for that playing session. You'll need to save your game, quit and then restart it to get achievements.
