I was heading to a Ranger out post, change codes.. When I came across the Boot Legger Den. Got inside, then got down in the cellar. I left the cellar, yet Boon did not come out. Went back down, talked to Boon, made sure he's on Follow. Left, and Boon still down there, left the shack, no Boon, got into a fight, no Boon. Is there something I'm missing, or ist it some bug??

I had the exact same problem while exploring the bootlegging building with Lily. It seems to be some kind of evil companion trap. I had to load to an earlier saved game, and make Lily wait outside to fix it.
