you have to repair it?

repair it first.

Then take it there.

Talk to him, the repair him.

Well, i cant repair it, mabe my skill is not so high, i must do that first,or else i cant talk to it,there are no box for it.

you MUST repair ED-E first before you can take him anywhere.

You have to have a high repair or science skill, or the right things.

use the activate button it will tell you what skill level you need or what parts you need.

I repaired ED-e, but forgot that I killed the chick at the scrapyard....now I just have a robot companion. How many companions can you have in the game. So Far I have two.

Question for anyone who knows:

If you return ED-E to the junkyard as the quest says, do you lose him? I've avoided doing that because I don't want him to suddenly get discarded or something.
