I found an item called "Baseball cap with glasses". I immediately thought this was specifically for the Four Eyes trait. I was already wearing a baseball cap and glasses and I had the PER bonus. However when I put this on, I lost a point of PER. And it looks exactly the same on my character.

So I assume that's a bug? Otherwise, why would they make a single item that has both a hat with glasses, when it's identical to wearing a hat and glasses but no boost?

Cap and glasses dammit!
