I've noticed while at the NCRCF, enemy AI were able to shoot (and hit) me through the fence. Although when I try, my shots don't make it through. Also, the guard towers in the same compound react the same. I thought I could be near the top, and take some shots between the tube structure of the hand rails, but nope.
