My character is female with both "Black Widow" and "Chechez la Femme" perks. With Joanna, I'm offered the "Cherchez la Femme" option to get a freebie. With Dazzle, I get the "Black Widow" option to get a 50% discount. With Dazzle's throaty voice, I began to wonder.

I have no answers for your question, but I do know that my male character has a female voice. I just assumed it was some kind of glitch...but anytime my character makes a sound, it's definitely female.

She responds to the Lady Killer perk for male characters, so I'm sure it's a bug.

I was wondering the exact same thing, because of the use of Black Widow, and the "we girls have to stick together" line with it... I sort of thought it was hinting Dazzle was a transsixual also.
