having a problem with the vendor Daniel Contreras in Camp McCarran. i've attempted to purchase Recon armor from him (he has two, i've tried both) a number of times, but it appears to be bugged. each time, i click the item putting it in my inventory "queue" and removing it from his. then, when i click to accept the transaction, the caps are removed from my inventory, but the item itself is placed back in his. weird.
