DANGER: SPOILERS AHEAD

First off, I'm having an issue with npc's hair apparently being too low on the bodies with the scalp visibly clipping through. None of the mods I had installed at the time modified the body mesh as far as I know. I'll post a mod list if that might be the problem.

SPOILERS

Second, after completing the quest "Still in the Dark" for the Brotherhood of Steel(BoS), I returned to the bunker, only to find out that the entire BoS had turned hostile, obviously rendering the quest un-completable. As such, I was wondering how I go about fixing this problem.

As this kinda prevents me from advancing in the quest line, this issue takes priority over the first one.

I had this problem too - then I realised I was togged out in NCR ranger armour and it became blindingly obvious why I was being shot at.

The hair thing - nope, not happened to me, but then I don't have any mods loaded.

Solved the problem with the BoS. After looking on the Vault Wiki, I saw something about faction armor occasionally not being unequipped properly, and I remembered messing around with a NCR camo package for a dragon skin armor mod, so I went back to my house, equipped and then unequipped a suit of NCR armor, and went to Hidden Valley. The BoS is no longer hostile. so I guess the camo-swapping script on the mod doesn't remove the faction flags or something.

So now all I need to do is fix this hair thing.

Hair clipping into the body is a hair mesh/egt problem not a body problem. What hair/beauty mods are you using?
