The Ant Misbehavin quest is not availible to me. I dont really care about the quest but I can't get the unique weapon Thump Thump from the Nellis Array building [3.03] as it requires a key. None of the players in quest have the key (through pickpocketing and murder) I assume because the quest is not active. I have completed Volare! and am idolized by the boomers 10s of hours of playing time ago. Anyone have a tip or am I just screwed?

Talk to Rachel since she's the person that gives you the quest. How did you get such a high reputation without restoring power to Nellis? If i'm not mistaken, don't you have to restore power to get the solar array operational?

I think the quest is locked once you have complete Violare.
