Hey

Im level 12 and my explosives are 100 and i leveled that one exploding perk 3 times (the one that gives 20% dmg increase to explosives)

When i throw a grenade(even aiming up really high it falls right next to me and exlopdes and hurts me and when i thow them in vats it does the same thing...
And the explosions do such a small amount of damage.. i did more damage when explosives at 25 =/
Takes like 10 rockets to kill a regular soldier guy..
Its like my explosives actually got worse..

Also i got rex(the dog compainion) and u do his brain quest and i got the brain from the legions dog and "installed it" and rex's life is 100//0 and he dies easy and he cant be healed due to the fact his max life is 0...
I saved before i gave his brain and i did it over and over and the same result!
WTF!
He had like 400 life before the brain and its suposed to make him more durable it says..

Also if u try to put an attachment on the pre order 10mm pistol you get a big exclamation point on your character and the gun stops working.
