I did the 3 radscorpion deathmatch in The Thorn and after I killed them all the game was bugged and they did not unlock the cage, so I am forever trapped inside the deatchmatch cage... all doors to the cage remain locked. I have tried the fight multiple times with the same result after each time I win the match. I am trapped in the cage.

Both my save and autosave for the game were after I had entered the deathmatch... meaning I am trapped in the cage and CANNOT PROGRESS ANY FURTHER in the game... losing hours and hours of progress.

How could such a major bug make it into the game?

A similiar bug has happened to me. I went to bet on a fight, and the two creatures came out but they just sit there and stare at each other. They never moved from their spots, just sat there. I cannot talk to Red Lucy to finish any of my other quests with her because she keeps saying "The fight is going blah blah". I tried jumping down in and killed the creatures myself but the door remains locked.
