I can't enter the Camp Mcarren Terminal building, because when I get near it the exe stops working. Not sure if this is common or not. Is there a fix or is this just another bug from the patch?

I don't know if there is a know issue (none known to me anyway) with Camp McCarran.
In FO3 at least it could happen that a cell got corrupted (happened often around the Jefferson Memorial) and you would get a CTD every time you went near this cell.

Don't know if that's what happened to you, if so there's not much you can do.
In case you have mods running, try to disable them first.

yea i had basically the same problem, any help? i have no mods running atm, and my specs are slightly better than his (not to brag )
