Caesar's Legion Quest Givers

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 9:30 am

I've gotten pretty far in the game (level 24) but have avoided doing the Legion's quest line because of a glitch with the quest giver "Dead Sea". I was wondering who else offers early quests for the Legion? Or is Dead Sea one of the primary guys I need to talk to in order to ascend in the ranks? Thanks in advance for any responses.

If you join the Legion, there are several questgivers in Caesar's tent. Vulpes, the fellow who attacked Nipton, is also Caesar's left hand man and gives you shady mission. Caesar's bodyguard Lucius (Lucullus?) also gives you missions. And of course, Caesar gives you the big missions.

How do you initially gain an audience with Caesar? Just waltz up Fortification Hill?

You'll be invited after you've dealt with Benny in the Tops. Basicly, finish Ring-A-Ding-Ding and they'll find you and give you instructions to enter the Fort.

Excellent, thank you. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to do that quest line. Are the missions the same for Caesar as they are, say for Yes Man? Deal with the brotherhood, the boomers, etc.?

Sort of. You'll be working with different gtroups and sometimes he will simply want them annihilated. For example, he'll want the BoS and House killed. Later, you'll have two very unique missions for the Legion that no other faction uses. Then of course you have the final battle.

Hmm, that is pretty cool then. I was afraid the main quests would be the same missions just with a different quest giver.
