So, I recruit Arcade Gannon, I send him back to the 38. I go back to get him, it doesn't give me the option, or he says I have too many followers when I don't. So I read forums, and I try recruiting rex, then recruiting him. It works! So i send him back again, after using veronica to get into BoS bunker. Now, I cannot get him to join. If i have no one, he says something about a menagerie. If I have ED-E or Rex, I don't even have the option. If I have someone else, he says the thing about a small army. Any console codes, fixes, anything that can make it so he's a follower again?
