Am having a issue here that i dont really understand

My dynamite and frag grenade explosions are larger than my C4 explosions?

i dont understand whats going on but it seems like my c4 explosions are like tiny crackers compared to a frag grenade thats a huge bang.

Anyone having this? i ran a local file update but it wont fix the problem on steam
