My experience with this game has just been terrible. It may have just been my PC, but judging from the general response I don't think it is. As the title, can I just get a refund?

why are you asking here. If your under however many days a store will accept a game back then return it. if you bought it on steam you wont be getting one. Seriously this game isn't that buggy i played for 50+ hours on one guy and didn't crash once. Get a better pc.

There's no one from Bethesda reading these forums, you need to contact their tech support or the retailer you bought from (could be a problem due to steam activation).

Remember that people are more likely to post here if they have problems. So even 100 people with problems in the forums might look like a lot but are only a small fraction of the people who bought this game.
That being said, apart from two or three CTDs and some quest issues, I had no problems in about 30 hours of gameplay (which may be short compared to others, but I completed the main story and all quests I came across).
