Explosion in the trailer : Fallout: New Vegas

How to make in-game the explosion we see in the end of the trailler. We see Lucky 38 and Tops Casino explosing.

A side quest?
A main quest option?
Only with many C-4 ?

Only with many C-4 ?

It was C-4 with alot of Explosives skill.

If your explosives skill is below 50, Its not a very big explosion.
