I was wondering does anyone know how important Aurelius of Phoenix (the leader of cottonwood cove) is?
He was alone in his room, and I know I can turn in dog tags to him, but is that all?
I am doing a Legion Run, but I am tired of running around in recruit armor because thats all I can find.
Aurelius's armor has some beyond good DR for a level 6, and that sword of his would really help me out, but I don't want to screw myself out of the few (I hear) Legion quests out there.

As far as I know, he only is essential to an NCR quest, where he needs to be killed anyway. But try to go for Veteran armor instead, his is Medium and slows you down a bit, unless you want that.
