Only the NCR rangers carry them, IIRC you can loot it off their bodies. NCR rangers are the guys with the armor in the picture.

It's a revolver that NCR Veterans drop. It's really strong and looks nice, Pretty hard to get ammo for it though, So I wouldn't recommand getting it, unless you just want it for it's "Rareity" ;o

I'm pretty sure it's just the .357 with a long barrel mod.

It isn't, I killed a NCR Veteran just to get one, it takes diffrent ammo and such, it's somewhat a hand-cannon.

Don't remember, Possibly 70 though. It's pretty rare ammo, or at least I never find any for sale or out in the wastes.

Yeah, Ranger Sequoia, they use 45-70 ammo. Which makes them a little worse than the gun I currently use, a unique .357 magnum referencing everyone's favourite magnum user with its very name. ^_^

the gun runners south of east gate for freeside normally has the .45-70 gov't rounds
