Given enough time, his brain would cease to function, as this too is subject to aging.

Unless the braincells can be regenerated/replaced. A continuing replacement of dead braincells should work, yes?
Granted memories would have to go away, replaced by new or re-recollections of old. Since we cant remember more then parts of our lives anyway does it matter if that life is 75 or 750 years?
And personality changes over time as well doesnt it? Am I the same now at 42 as I was 21?

Well...House was 57 when the bombs fell and looked like he did in his House Estate portrait. He looks around 90+ now. So what, about 40 "aged" years in 205 "real time" years? Id give him maybe another 75 to 100 or so years at most. By then there wont be much left. This is implying that people that were born in 2020 or so live for around 105 years, with medical advancements and such.

He is around 200+ years old I know, If I am not mistaking he said he was like 257 or somewhere around there when I think you first meet him, I am not 100% sure though.

He talks in terms of long time spans,

"In 20 years I might sell the technology to interested parties, like yourself maybe.""In 50 years, I'll have a man in orbit.""In 100 years, my colony ships will find an un-polluted home for humanity."

Only he knows how it works and he seems pretty confident that in 100 years he'll still be around, he has a mechanical heart thing, waste-disposal, his body gets fed; I don't see why he couldn't live for a very long time.

He needs a protege for a reason - he's NOT immortal, and he knows it; while he says it's just because he needs a human agent, there's probably a sense of looming mortality involved in it as well.

All he needs to do is imprint his mind onto some punched cards and tape reels, and then he'd be fine.

house is a robotic genius . if he could figure out how to keep himself alive this long, I'm sure he could figure it out for longer. For instance the robot brain. It uses a organic brain as a cpu.

he just needs to figure out a way to keep his brain alive or pass on his knowledge.

All matters aside, if you consider how easy it is for the courier to kill him he is most definitely NOT immortal. However, I think if he beefed up his security system he would be able to survive for another 100+ years as indicated by the way he keeps talking about the future, as if he'll still be there.
