is it possible to buy F:NV via STEAM in GERMANY and play the game in ENGLISH?

Since I bought Fallout 3 on STEAM, I don't want another bad surprise.

Hi, I just read the Fallout New Vegas article in the German PC Games 11/10 and one point sums it up:

"Leider l?sst sich die Sprache nicht per Steam umstellen."

So, you will have to order the retail copy from another country and use a VPN while activating the game.
