Does anyone feel that shops and that are missing compared to fallout 3? Places like rivet city where they had everything you could buy but they seem to be all scattered in NV also does anyone know where to get weapon mods?

There are quite a few vendors from what i've seen so far.

1. Chet in the Goodsprings general store.
2. Lacy (i think) whos in the barracks at the NCR camp south of Primm.
3. Van Quess (or something like that) in the Silver Rush in Freeside.
4. Raplh and Mic (i think) in the store named after them each as their own selection of goods.
5. Gun Runners Vendertron which is east of Freeside, its also a good place for mods.
6. The dude standing in front of a shack filled with stuff in the Crimson Caravan Base which is also slightly east of Freeside.

All directions are based on having the top of the pip-boy map as north. (and have a chance of being wrong)

I yoy completed the (Come Fly With Me) the old women in the store have one.

There seem to be more to me, I run into scav,,,umm,,,,prospectors, all the time and they have a lot more caps.
