Ok, since I have installed higher stakes casino and increased win cap, I am swimming in cash. No, I don't reload if I lose, I just tend to win more often then not.

This got me to thinking of what I can do with my cash. This amounted to pretty much buying any armor/weapon I took a fancy to. I want more bang for my caps! Also such a system as listed below would make for some interesting fights, if you donated to multiple factions. I'd suggest the faction reward cap only be able to increase your status to liked - or lower. This would prevent any abuse by making everyone love you, while arming all sides.

ncr Donation centers! -- Donate to your faction of choice for a very small fame+ and some additional world effects.
Examples:
Donate 5k -- Increased presence in new vegas a couple patrols of armed guards in the slummier parts of town.
donate 10k -- A couple soldiers stationed in the smaller cities.
donate 50k -- Light patrols going from outpost to outpost
Donate 100k to ncr. = + heavy Patrols(From traveling between towns, to traveling between ranger outposts).

10k free clinic desk opens in poor side of town (Player cant use)
50k Follower doctor in all ranger outposts -- can heal/sell limited supplies to player
