Bugs and Glitches I have noticed.

My only complaint about F:NV is all the technical issues. I love the story, gameplay, etc. I have no complaints about the graphics or voice acting. The technical issues are EXTREMELY terrible however. Here are some problems I have noticed:

Cannot turn in Quest: The House Always Wins, IV = I have completed all the requirements for this quest (yes I'm sure I have) yet the conversation option to turn it in to Mr. House is not available, he just tells me that I still have a job to do. I could still finish the game by switching my allegiance to the NCR or Ceaser, but I really wanted to help Mr House on my first play through (Obviously I can't, given the current state of the game)

Missing Companions: I left Rex at my suite in the Lucky 38, after doing some stuff in the wasteland, I return to find him gone. To clarify, I LEFT HIM THE ROOM. I did not "fire" him in the wasteland, I had him as my companion, took him to my suite, and then fired him, telling him to back to the Lucky 38 (which he was already in!) I have heard that sometimes companions will get stuck on their way home but that is clearly not the case here. Cass is also missing, but I fired her from the Great Khans' camp and I have not returned to look for her.

Freezing and Stuttering: My frame rate is normally pretty good but every 20 seconds or so it will hang on a frame for a good 1-2 seconds before resuming. I have also got the game freeze several times, usually during a load screen.

Missing Lockpick/Terminal Hacking UI = Sometimes when hacking or picking the graphical interface never comes up. The screen goes dark, I can hear my cursor/screwdriver, the ui telling my what my buttons do and what my chance to force the lock is come up, but the actual image of the lock or the terminal never comes up. I am still able to hack/pick (by sound I guess) but I cannot see what I am doing. Restarting the game and loading has sometimes fixed this, sometimes not.

Clipping, stuck characters: This is a pretty common complaint, my companion drops through the floor or gets stuck inside furniture fairly often.

F:NV COULD be an amazing game, It's too bad these technical issues have killed any desire for me to play the game, since I cannot progress the main story line. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE address these issues, and GET THAT PATCH OUT ASAP!!!!!

These are the glitches I have found, and a couple of them I have not seen mentioned yet:

1. Cactus Water missing. I can make it but it does not show up in my inventory. This saddens me as I was planning on going into Cactus Water business.

2. Invisible walls. Fallout is the last series on earth that should have invisible walls within the confines of the map. These "walls" seem like deliberate forcefields to keep players out of areas they are not supposed to go yet, and that's fine in LESSER games but not Fallout oh no sir no way. I found out that the wall I discovered can be navigated around, but that shouldn't be necessary becuase I can clearly climb over the rocks where the wall is situated.

3.Quest items stuck in inventory. I don't want a used Hydra syringe in my inventory. That quest is finished. Rocket Souveniers???? Who's idea was that? Why are they stuck in my inventory? lol...a persistant souvenier indeed...

4. Ground becomes pixellated, fixes itself after running on it for a while. Looks really bad.

5. Amusing glitch when I got Old Lady Gibson to fix my Raider armor. The screen went black and these weird TRON lines started shooting out from her face,or where her face would be if it wasn't replaced by a black void
