I always get a "The house always wins" quest failed when I finished the Vault 11 story even if those two are not even related....

Also got the dlc missing error after the Come Fly With Me quest. (Had to reload an old save before the quest)

I can't access a part of the train station with the ghouls cause I kept falling in the ground and respawning at one of the two entrance...

Tabitha gave me her key after fixing her robot but the key was not in my inventory afterward (Had to reload and retry)

Could not access Goodspring anymore because a cow was stuck in a tree (extreme slow down) took me 30 min to walk there and shot it to solve the slow down.
