Minor (and Major) graphics issues

Nothing major like some other people are experiencing, but since you guys are trying to document everything, I thought I'd throw it out there (sorry if something similar has already been mentioned. I didn't see anything after a quick browse).

While playing, my gun arm in first person tends to blip either up really high or down really low. Down low is less of a problem, except that there's been a few times I haven't even realized my weapon is drawn because it's hidden beneath the screen. High is worse, because my arm ad gun will go up to the top of the screen and block my view of about a 1/3 of the right side.

I also hit a bug once where my weapon wouldn't fire at all, except for one random shot off to the side, automatically as I come out of the Pip-Boy screen. Reloading old saves didn't solve the problem, I needed to reset the 360.

So, yeah, nothing major yet, but there's a few things maybe you could look at while you're making bigger, more crucial fixes.
