I might be wrong but can't you put both of those items in your Penthouse at Lucky 38?

And how do you do that?

There's a computer terminal; when you load up your penthouse look straight and it should be on the wall of the door to the bedroom.

If possible (I can't tell you for sure, I skipped over living in the 38,) but there is a terminal to the right of the master bedroom that allows you to purchase upgrades.
