So i have looked everywhere and since no one has asked, I'm wondering....

is it possible to create specifically Armor piercing rounds and/or Hollow Point rounds at the Reloading table?

If so how the hell do you do it? Do you need a recipe? or can you only buy AP/JHP rounds from vendors in small quanities? Becuase that's the only way ive been able to...

I have the official guide but only tells you the different ammo types and where theyre most useful..It doesnt however tell you ANYTHING about how to create them
