Novac, Goodsprings, maybe the Gun Runners in Vegas and near '88. Depends which rifle you have. Each scope is different. The Varmint rifle's scope is in Goodsprings, its a junk weapon tho. Not good for sniping. There is a hunting rifle scope in Novac I think, but Ive never seen a hunting rifle. Not many sniping weapons tbh.
