I am curious where the game starting script is located. Specifically when you exit the Doc's house, thats when things like sneaking and using "T" to wait is activated/allowed. Can anyone point me to where those are located?

The character creation and tutorial quests are named VGC00-VCG04, Doc Mitchel's house specifically is VCG01.
