I think you can get one as a reward from their casino, but that's the only one I know of.

IIRC you have to do the quest with them and the FotA, asking them to upgrade the stills in exchange for a supply of medicines to the Followers.

I won one in their casino but that was after this quest, I do not know if you can get it without doing the quest. I think that once you've done it they'll stock it though (also if you have a high enough rep in freeside and do all their quests, francine will occasionally give you a free alcoholic beverage).

Ehhh, it's a play on 'Rum and Coke' a drink mixing Rum and Coca Cola, which Nuka Cola is a play on.

well, just did the quest to get the followers and Garrets set up, but somehow jacob died, but i was told "With Jacob sobering up maybe we'll get some new alcohols in here." Jacob was dead when I entered freeside (Guess it was a bug) but I didn't think anything of it.
