Colonel Hsu and Contreras Problems : Fallout: New Vegas

Im trying to finish 'I Put a Spell on You' but whenever i go to talk to Colonel Hsu theres no new options when i talk to him and i cant finish the quest. ive done everything from reloading, to restarting my xbox. it just wont work.

for Contreras, I went to do his 3rd and final task, and convinced the guy to work with Contreras but when i Back to Contreras there no new options.

what do i do?

For the Hsu thing, after you caught the Legion disguised guy (forgot his name), aren't you supposed to go to the Monorail and defuse the bomb?

I got the EXACT same problem..... I dismantled the bomb on the train, went back to Colonel Hsu it tells me, but I'm unable to tell him I was successful, he just wants to talk the usual crap.

Can anybody help? Would be much appreciated....
