HH not picking up radio signal? : Fallout: New Vegas

I downloaded the new DLC, started up F:NV, loaded my saved game, lost the companions. Cassidy was shot down by the van graffs. I had completed Dead Money.

So I loaded up my recent saved game; and I'm not being able to pick up the "Caravan's" Radio Signal.

Why?

Did you activate the file in the data files menu in the launcher?

when you first fire up F:NV or on the 360 Dashboard?

Ah you have it on the 360? I got it on PC sorry then idk

I started a new game, and it picked up the sierra madre signal, but still nothing on the caravan radio signal for honest hearts.

What i did, (Started a new file) I left Docs house got Mandre (Whatever its called) Then went out near the Shacks were you get Weapon-Repair thats closes to teh school an got Honest Radio
