I never used VATS in Fallout 3 and I have no intention of using it in this one, but in this game there's an annoying sign that keeps flashing at the top of the screen telling me how to turn it on. And this thing shows up constantly and is very annoying and I can't find a way in the settings to turn it off. Does anyone know if there is one?
