hi has anyone got any idea's how to complete the restoring hope quest when the legion is in control of helios one as i torched all ncr personel when i activated archimedies defence system!
on 2nd play through in hardcoe mode

so how do i complete the restoring hope mission as u have to report to the ncr troops at helios. any idea's guys n gals?

Killing Lt. Haggerty at Helios One prior to this quest may cause the quest arrow to track to her corpse. This causes the quest to be impossible to complete. (Can be completed on xbox360 and PC By Heading From Lt. Haggerty's marker due east. You should encounter a crate; open it, take its contents, and return them to Quartermaster Keyes.)(Works on PS3, Confirmed)

theres only 2 legion troops outside, well there was! till they got a taste of archimedies II. no troops there now just the legion flag

thanks i will try that. i did try and locate the troops and crate without much luck. probably missed it.
done the quest no probs 1st time round but then i had left the ncr at helios
