Ive read about all the supposed glitches online, but this is the first mission where ive actually had to unlock a terminal,
so I figured that out, but once I unlock it, it still wont let me into the watch tower door(where it says key required)? Confused.
Tried the other way too, waiting hidden by the plane until Curtis walks in and then follow, but no matter what I do, Curtis
never comes. Im pretty sure Ive done everything thus far to gain access too, like talk to Col hsu, and Curtis and the other guy too.
Any ideas?

Have you spoken to Lt. Boyd? IIRC she has the keycard you need to unlock the tower.
