Geckos, especially when you cripple their head and they hold them, the the next shot their heads just blow clean off.

I enjoy killing powder gangers, well they're just pants arent they.

Super Mutants, I love how they charge full pace right into battle swinging their huge sledge hammers etc... best battles to fight are against the Super Mutants in my opinion.
