patch question..

Post » Sun Feb 27, 2011 6:31 am

i was wondering about the latest patch (1.01)
i am going to delete it (it's less good than bad)
i was wondering, if i delete it, will it glitch up my saves (make them unplayable, corrupt them, etc etc)
im on PS3.
help would be appreciated.
thanks!
EDIT: also, i have a fat 80 gig PS3. if that helps anymore..

probably.when you save a game it saves using/according to whatever patch you are playing with at the time...

No it doesn't mess with your saves. I've deleted it and reinstalled it three times with no (additional) problems, just to try and figure out what it actually does ([censored] all, by the way).

Sure glad I decided to wait until something solid came out. I think .01 was just a piece of junk they threw out to appease the complainers for a couple days until they realized it added more bugs. My game is running pretty well without it.

just finished UN-installing the patch, and RE-installed the game without the patch.
it's working so far...
i did get a
"you are loading a save that involves data that no longer exists, so some items may not be present" message, but i didnt delete my classic pack, so i dis-regarded it.
