So I had Arcade as a companion and I went to "the fort". After I came back neither him or rex was there... I found rex at the Lucky 38, but i cant seem to find Arcade anywhere, I checked the fort in freeside he's not there. Anyone knows where I can find him? Or is there a console command which I can summon him with? thanks!

If he's still your companion he should show up on your world map. I've had problems with Arcade at Camp McCarran on several occasions, but i have yet to take him to the fort. Maybe he just doesn't like to be around those places.
