As long as you're comfortable with it, I don't see why not. You don't need luck to do Sneak Critical Attacks. Might want to lower Intel though, you got a implant that you can buy, unless you ignore that too.

Hunter is a really useless perk, way too specific and the creatures that are affected by it are easy enough to kill without the perk

What kind of play style do you intend to go with for this character? Lots of sneaking around, getting the sneak crits? Loud, proud, and charging headlong fists swinging into every crowd?

And I would second dropping the Hunter perk in favor of something else. It's useful in the early levels, but before long you're gonna find that the creatures it applies to are easily killed without its aid. I'd go with a perk that's more useful in the longer term.

You'll want agility for that as it affects both guns and sneak skills. charisma as well if you plan to pass speech challenges.

Like someone else said, the build depends on what kind of character you want to play as. And once you figure that out you can look at the attributes (SPECIAL) and see which ones affect different skills.

I'm always a heavily dialog-based player but IMO charisma isn't much useful. i never put extra points in it, since the only benefit it has is +2 speech/barter per point.

1 luck is crazy talk.
