Hi there,

As the topic says, I've done a bunch of quests (including White Wash framing the Scorpion Gang, visited REPCON HQ and The Crashed Vertibird done things that Arcade is supposed to "like", but he just wont initiate the supposed conversation to get the quest started. It's getting a bit aggravating at this point. Any ideas why it isn't working? I'm also Idolized by the Followers.

Have you tried taking him to Hoover Dam

You have to advance one of the faction main quests almost all the way to the end. The wiki vaguely mentions that you can get it to trigger early but at this point i doubt it.

How early is early? It seems like it's such a waste putting it almost at the end of the game. I only want to do it for the Remnants Power Armor and Ganon's Tesla Armor (also for the PA Training, but I would prefer to do this route (if I can trigger it early) so that I can use the Remnants Armor for the Brotherhood's Black Mountain quest. Is there a certain way for a good chance to trigger it early?

Early as in earlier than endgame i'd assume, but like i said, i'm doubtful. The early trigger is probably either bugged or the wiki is just full of crap again.

There's a piece of remnants power armor in the deathclaw promontory, and you can find the helmet in the cave with the legendary cazador.

You really don't need PA for Black Mountain. If you have a high sneak you can get to the radar facility without confrontation. If you're a Guns character just buy the antimaterial rifle or brush gun and mow them down before they can get near you.

You ned to take care of the brotherhood, befriend them and make a truce or kill them. That sems to do it for me
