For the first time in my Fallout career I am taking my time and building up a character to level 35.AS of right now the Quests in my Pip Boy I havent completed are For The Republic Part 2 and You'll know it when it Happens.Which of these can I complete and then still have the ability to roam around freely before the Battle of Hoover Dam? Pretty much what quest should I avoid starting if I wanna keep leveling up?
