hi
i found several threads to this topic but no solution that did work for me.

the basemant is clear. i talked to the kin and told him, the stimpaks are not locatet at the facility. he left.
i talked to the ghoul and found his real dead girlfriend, the ghoul left as well.
the quest log says i should go to the research lab, the map pointer shows the door that comes after the metal stairs.

the door is locked. i need a key, it says.

the intercom sais " dont mess with the intercom" and thats it.

i went outside and waited 3 gamedays, went back in, same problem
i reloaded several times - same problem.

any help?
