Updates aren't happening fast enough!

Yo its been 11 days or so since the last update, the game still could run better. Nvidia released a driver update that only very-ever-so-mildly helped Nvidia's Fermi GPUs. and that was a week ago. Bethesda and Obsidian need to work nights and weekends to fix the mistake that should not have been. We paid good money for a product that doesnt function properly. I don't want a return I just want it to function the way it was promised to.

The game still runs like crap whenever too many people are being displayed in one direction, even through a wall. Lots of different things still lag, vats, and getting into your pipboy screen while under attack.

Also when hacking a computer sometime you cant click to skip all the pretext before hacking and sometimes computer screens quit displaying when you go into them. you can move your pointer over items you cant see but still click them, but theres no screen to see what your clicking.

If all the other bugs and what i've listed have anything to do with Obsidians contribution to the game I would drop them from further projects like a bad habit because it soiling the name Bethesda.

I personally want them to take enough time to fix as much as they can as well as they can. I don't want overnight fed ex fixes which end up making matters worse. I've noticed that the patch that takes a couple of weeks or so end up being worth waiting for. Besides I am not experiencing much more than an occasional CTD which I can deal with.

Good things come to those who wait.

Agreed!

We are beginning to get bad quality gaming because of impatience, it's the reason publishers push the devs to get their work to market, if anyone wants a good example how a good game can be trashed by impatience and greed, check out Mafia II.

Have you tried the d3d dll fix? Worked woonders for me without any negative side effects. Also there's a console command that disables actors' facial animations that is supposed to do the same thing, i don't remember the command though.

Well, isn't this post unique and thought-out? Relax man, I'd rather they take a month to put out a good, tested patch instead of rushing out some half assed patch that creates more problems than it fixes.

There are other things to do besides play FO:NV... :obliviongate:

Puerto Rico isn't a state, the US hasn't converted to metric, I don't have a jetpack to make my commute more bearable, and we don't seem to have reached the point where computers save us all so much time that I only have to work a couple of hours a day. Also, I'm still waiting for us to at least attempt to put someone on Mars in one piece.

I've been waiting a long, long time!

I'd like to see an official bug list so I know what is and isn't being addressed.

I'd also like some feedback. At least some acknowledgement that they are working on it, and what they are prioritizing.

Radio silence is Ubisoft's practice. Keep us in the loop, obsidian!!

Some of the amazing diesel cars from Europe, that should have been in the US, but will probably never be.

Seriously though, I am more than willing to wait for a patch that is thoroughly sorted out. It's the better of two evils in my opinion. There have been times when a game has an issue and we get this tossed together emergency patch and things go to hell in a hand basket.
