I got the ED-E My love quest after talking to that guy in Primm who's house ED-E is located in. I fixed ED-E up and the quest marker told me to go to gibson scrapyard and speak with Old Lady Gibson. I talked to Old Lady Gibson yet all her dialogue options are exhausted and ED-E isn't saying or doing anything while I'm there. Help?

this happened to me and didn't go away until ede went crazy because of some key words said in some random dialogue. After that a new quest for him popped up but my game glitched and i couldn't finish it

ED-E talked to me @ the following locations:

Old lady gibson, After completing quest "that old sun" (helios one) and inside the boulder city ruins (Khans)
After that last one, the quest updated and finally a marker was added to my map.
