But anything "like him", no, this was the first time I heard of something like this in NV that was cut and I've not heard of anything similar to him.

i hope he is brought in in a DLC or patch or im gonna start playing FO3 more than i normaly do

This was cut too, an option to end "For the Republic" without killing House. That's why all options concerning House in that quest yield bad karma; there was supposed to be another option. When they cut that out, they didn't adjust the mission's karma yield accordingly (normally you only get bad karma when you choose to do something bad, rather than when you were forced to): http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Offer_to_permit_annexation

They also cut an option in House's quest line to make the BoS allies instead of trashing the bunker, apparently because it would have made that line a bit too appealing (their words, not mine).

I dont get why the super mutant ranger was cut, that seemed like a really cool idea to me.
